For more than 125 years KAHL have manufactured complete plants for the production of concentrate, shrimp and fish feed, premix, dried pulp from sugar beet and products with a high crude fibre content such as alfalfa and straw.

With our pelleting presses and crumblers we shape your products perfectly. Today, KAHL annular gap expanders all over the world produce EXPANDAT® as an excellent alternative to mealy or pelleted animal feed.

KAHL proportioning and conveying plants, mills, mixers, conditioners, pelleting presses, sterilisers and driers/coolers are fully developed plant components.

Individual development for our customers

Our test department comprises a fully equipped pilot plant for the development of new processes and machines which is available to our customers for tests with their products. We test plant designs and prepare individual offers.
