Automatic Operation
Optimised operation of our KAHL flat die presses is provided by the automatic process control system EAPR. It ensures:
- Monitoring of all processes
- Regulation of throughput and admixtures
- Alarm messages and error logs
- Remote maintenance via modem and video control by the KAHL service team
- Minimized downtimes
DISTAMAT - Keeping the proper distance
A constant distance between die and pan grinder rollers improves the pellet quality and the service periods of the plant. The automatic distance control DISTAMAT provides for continuous adjustment and control of the roller gap. Convincing advantages:
- Optimised pellet quality
- Reduced wear of the dies
- Automatic unblocking in case of overfilling of the press
- Easy installation into existing plants
